领取与找回
本网站使用必要的随机领取标识 Cookie，并保存所选 App Store 地区、领取时间、分配的优惠码及领取状态，用于控制名额、避免同一浏览器重复领取和找回已分配的优惠码。我们不要求填写姓名、邮箱或健康记录。浏览器可能保存你的语言偏好。
请保存自己的兑换码。同一浏览器可以找回已领取的码；清除 Cookie、使用无痕浏览或更换设备后，可能无法自动找回。网页领取成功只表示码已分配，实际订阅资格、兑换与付款由 Apple 处理。
安全与服务提供方
网站由 Cloudflare 托管，并使用 Turnstile 防止自动化滥领。Cloudflare 为提供服务会处理必要的网络和浏览器技术信息。本活动服务使用加密摘要形式的网络标识进行短期请求限制，不保存原始 IP 地址到活动领取账本。详情可参阅 Cloudflare 隐私政策。本网站不设置广告追踪 Cookie。

This notice explains the information needed to claim an offer. Claiming an offer does not send your injection, weight or other health records to this website. For the app itself, see the app privacy policy.
Claiming and finding your code
We use an essential, random claim-identifier cookie and store your selected App Store region, claim time, assigned offer code and claim status. This lets us manage availability, avoid duplicate claims from the same browser and retrieve your assigned code. We do not ask for your name, email or health records. Your browser may remember your language preference.
Save your code. You can retrieve it in the same browser; clearing cookies, using private browsing or switching devices may prevent automatic retrieval. A successful website claim means a code was assigned. Apple handles subscription eligibility, redemption and payment.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare processes necessary network and browser information to provide these services. The offer service uses a cryptographic digest of network identifiers for short-term rate limits; it does not store raw IP addresses in the claim ledger. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. This website does not set advertising tracking cookies.
Retention and your choices
Claim records support this campaign and related claim issues and will be removed from the online claim service by February 1, 2027. Short-term anti-abuse counters are cleaned regularly. You may clear browser cookies at any time. To request deletion of a claim record or ask about privacy, contact support@axonlume.com; we will explain any verification needed. Please do not send injection or health records.
